Social Media Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• You are the central point of contact for our content in German and English - from website headlines and social media posts to press releases and Google Ads. You develop content in text, image and video for specific target groups and across all channels.
• You manage our social media channels (LinkedIn & Instagram), implement our strategy, develop it further and publish 1-2 relevant posts per week.
• You plan and create our newsletter via Hubspot for more than 8,000 contacts - with a clear focus on relevant content for our target groups.
• You understand our target groups (B2B, MICE, New Work), analyze their behavior on the website, social media and in the newsletter - and derive targeted content from this.
• You actively develop our content strategy, with a feel for headlines, topics and formats that have an impact on our community.
• You work with tools such as Canva Premium, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro), ChatGPT Premium and other AI tools for efficient content creation and editing.
• You maintain our website and the associated landing pages in WordPress - with a focus on relevant content, clear structure and continuous optimization along the customer journey to increase conversions.

What you bring with you

• A degree in marketing, communications, journalism, media or a comparable qualification
• Excellent written and spoken German language skills and a good feel for target group-oriented copywriting
• Experience in building content strategies and a good feel for storytelling and visual communication
• Structured, independent and responsible work suits you
• You are interested in the MICE/event industry and topics related to New Work
• Confident in using content tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) and open to new technologies & AI tools
