Event Service Coordinator (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• As a passionate host, you are the main point of contact for our customers.
• As part of a small team, you will lend a hand wherever support is needed. 
• You are responsible for the operational preparation, implementation and follow-up of all events.
• You prepare our rooms independently for meetings, workshops and events - from the seating to the technology.
• You will ensure that the events run perfectly and provide our customers with professional, friendly and solution-oriented on-site support.
• You support the organization of breaks, take care of catering, drinks and cleanliness.
• You ensure quality management with high standards.
• You contribute your own ideas and ensure the continuous improvement of our processes.

What you bring with you

• You have experience in the operational service sector - e.g. in gastronomy, events, hotels, catering or banquets.
• Gastronomic and hygienic understanding is a matter of course for you.
• You are characterized by an independent and committed way of working. 
• You have a hand-on mentality and like to lend a hand.
• You love direct contact with guests and have a service-oriented approach to people.
• You can organize yourself well, even when several things are happening at the same time. 
• You keep an overview in stressful situations and have the talent to motivate others.
• You can communicate fluently in written and spoken German.
