Trainee position, full time - Zurich
Your tasks
- You support the operations team from the booking request to the realization of the event.
- You will get to know our locations in Zurich and always work where you are needed.
- You are the first contact person for our guests.
- You find creative solutions for tricky customer demands.
What you bring with you
- You are a born host - open, interested and helpful.
- You have a hands-on mentality and like to lend a hand.
- Depending on the position, you may have completed training in a catering profession or be a career changer in the event and catering sector.
- You work in a service-oriented way, with a lot of understanding for our guests.
- You can advise our guests on food and drinks and serve them.
- Your appearance is friendly, relaxed but also professional.
- You are prepared to make mistakes and learn from them.
- You can communicate fluently in written and spoken German.
- You enjoy working with people.
