Trainee position, full time - Frankfurt
Your tasks
- You actively support the operations team in the implementation of events.
- You will get to know our Taunusanlage, Messe & Eschborn locations and always work where you are needed.
- You will gain insights into all phases of event management. From sales processes to reservations, organization, implementation, invoicing and feedback collection.
- You are the first contact person for our guests.
- You find creative solutions for tricky customer demands.
What you bring with you
- You are a born host - open, interested and helpful.
- You have a hands-on mentality and like to lend a hand.
- You are fit on the computer and are familiar with MS Office products.
- You work in a service-oriented way, with a lot of understanding for our guests.
- Your appearance is friendly, relaxed but also professional.
- You can communicate fluently in written and spoken German.
