Trainee Event Management & Operations (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• You actively support the operations team in the implementation of events.
• You will get to know our locations in Frankfurt & Eschborn and always work where you are needed.
• You will gain insights into all phases of event management. From sales processes to reservations, organization, implementation, invoicing and feedback collection.
• You are the first contact person for our guests.
• You find creative solutions for tricky customer demands. 

What you bring with you

• You are a born host - open, interested and helpful.
• You have a hands-on mentality and like to lend a hand.
• You are fit on the computer and are familiar with MS Office products.
• You have completed training in a gastronomic profession.
• You work in a service-oriented way, with a lot of understanding for our guests.
• You can advise our guests well on food and drinks and serve them professionally thanks to your experience in gastronomy.
• Your demeanor is friendly, relaxed but also professional in accordance with the standards customary in the upscale gastronomy sector.
• You can communicate fluently in written and spoken German.
