At memox we have a large expert network of coaches, facilitators, moderators and speakers from many different fields, methods and formats. If you wish, we will be happy to refer you to an expert from our community.

What is included with memox?

Personal support and advice from one of our experts as well as the development of an individual room setup tailored to your event. Preparation and cleaning of the rooms, moderation and workshop tools (post-its, pens, etc.), huge whiteboard walls, presentation technology (beamer or screen), flipcharts, furniture (tables and chairs), own bistro area with refrigerator and coffee machine.

How do we differentiate ourselves from other providers?

We know both the classic and agile formats and develop the ideal working environment for you to promote collaboration and interaction. In addition to the working environment, we are happy to take care of all planning issues and needs - from a wide range of catering offers to hotel accommodation, the yoga session after lunch or even a moderator who will accompany and support you throughout the day. How flexible are we in terms of the number of participants?

Of course, the number of participants plays a big role in the selection of the room. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that a larger room will always be available if the group size changes significantly, but we do our best. For our per person beverage packages, we always charge only for the real number of people that showed up. For catering, we cannot make guaranteed quantity adjustments after the final order - but even here we can usually find a solution.

Can we also book for the weekend?

We are always there for you and adjust our opening hours completely according to your needs. Thus, our rooms are also available on weekends, as well as on Sundays and holidays. For booking rooms, however, we are only available from Monday to Friday during normal business hours.

How is the payment made?

A deposit is made upon booking and the final invoice is issued after the event. In addition to the usual invoicing, payment by credit card is also possible on site (Visa, Mastercard, Amex).

Can we bring our own food?

Our food and beverage concepts are very popular with participants and organizers. They ideally reflect the special requirements of meetings, training and workshops and are tailored to the contemporary needs in workshops and meetings. If you want to cater for yourselves, this is of course possible. In this case, we charge a flat rate of 5 CHF/EUR per person for the use of crockery and cutlery, as well as for the disposal of waste.
