Event Sales Manager (m/f/d)
Permanent position, full-time - Frankfurt
Your tasks
- You will actively drive the growth of our Frankfurt locations—with a clear focus on acquiring new customers, expanding into new markets, increasing revenue, and building lasting customer relationships.
- You will successfully implement our outbound sales strategy and actively build a new customer pipeline in the Rhine-Main region—from identifying relevant target customers and making the initial contact to handing them off to the next stage of the sales process.
- You identify potential customers and decision-makers, actively reach out to them, and develop new business opportunities through phone calls, networking, and personal contacts.
- You will be responsible for actively following up on leads and reaching out to qualified leads generated through our marketing efforts.
- You will represent memox at internal and external events and inspire new customers to use our product.
- You'll lead tours of our locations and convince potential customers of our concept right on the spot.
- You'll contribute your ideas, continuously refine our sales processes, and help strengthen our market position and drive further growth in the region.
What you bring with you
- You have completed vocational training or a degree in the field of hospitality, convention sales, MICE, tourism, or sales, and ideally have some initial experience in customer acquisition, the events industry, or the B2B sector.
- Your entrepreneurial thinking combines with sales strength, consulting and networking skills.
- You love the hands-on mentality and pitching in.
- You have experience with a CRM system.
- You shine as an excellent host with a strong service mentality.
- You communicate with your customers in written and verbal form in German and English.
- You live a speak-up mentality and show initiative.
- You are a proactive, articulate person who enjoys building new relationships, starting conversations, and reaching out to people.
