Your tasks
- You will support the event sales team from the booking inquiry to the implementation and follow-up of the event.
- You will get to know our locations in Basel and always work where you are needed.
- You are the first point of contact for our guests on the phone or by e-mail.
- You'll be responsible for creating proposals, follow-ups, and upsales, and making sure our customers' needs always come first.
- You represent memox at internal and external events and inspire new customers for our offer.
- You successfully implement our inbound and outbound sales strategy.
- You are the interface to our external booking platforms and maintain them.
- You will conduct tours of the locations to convince guests of our product on site.
- You find creative solutions for tricky customer demands.
What you bring with you
- You are a born host - open, interested and helpful.
- You have a hands-on mentality and like to lend a hand.
- You have completed an apprenticeship or are a career changer in the hotel, convention, sales or MICE sector.
- Your appearance is friendly, relaxed but also professional.
