Your tasks

• You will be involved in the opening of our new location in Berlin!
• You are the first point of contact for our customers - by phone or mail - and provide them with advice and support.
• You'll be responsible for creating proposals, follow-ups, and upsales, and making sure our customers' needs always come first.
• You will also take on key accounting activities and be responsible for contacting and acquiring leads from marketing.
• You will represent memox at internal and external events and inspire new customers to use our product.
• You successfully implement our inbound and outbound sales strategy.
• You process and maintain the leads and manage the entire lifecycle.
• You are the interface to our external booking platforms and maintain them.
• You will conduct tours of the locations to inspire guests on site with our product.
• You bring your own ideas, ensure the continuous improvement of processes and develop standards.

What you bring with you

• You are motivated to help shape our market entry in Berlin.
• You have completed training or studies in the field of hotel/convention sales/MICE and have experience in selling events and meetings.
• Your entrepreneurial thinking combines with sales strength, consulting and networking skills.
• You love the hands-on mentality and pitching in.  
• You have experience with a CRM system.
• You shine as an excellent host with a strong service mentality.
• You communicate with your customers in written and verbal form in German and English.
• You live a speak-up mentality and show initiative.
• You enjoy dealing with people and enjoy sales.
